Section 31
To Publish Description
(1) The Government of Nepal, Provincial Government or Local Level shall prepare and update the following details regarding the food to be distributed pursuant to this Chapter:
(a) Condition of food hoarded,
(b) Quantity of food hoarded,
(c) Price of food,
(d) Distribution system of food, and
(e) Type of food.
(2) The details referred to in sub-section (1) shall be published for the information of the public in general.
